"Before Viewery, I spent over a decade building property technology — first at OneDome, an end-to-end house movers portal, then at Realyse, a big data analytics platform for the residential market. The lesson that stuck: estate agents don't lack data. They lack the time and tools to act on it. Viewery is what wakes the buyer database up."

- Dmitry Meltsov, founder and MD.

Where it started

The idea came from something simple: friends selling their homes, frustrated that in 2025 they were still chasing their agent by phone for basic updates. Buyers who'd viewed and vanished. Agents who couldn't tell them why. It felt like the 1990s.

So I spoke to agents. The pain was bigger than I'd assumed. Every branch sits on 2,000+ buyer records that go cold within days of registration. Agents know it. They don't have the time, the tools, or the data to do anything about it.

We started by helping agents capture better viewing feedback. That's still core to how Viewery works — it's just the beginning of the loop, not the end.

Viewery is what an agency would build if they had the time.

How we think

We believe every buyer is a relationship that goes stale without contact. Most CRMs track buyers like records in a database — Viewery treats them like the people they are. We listen via voice AI, capture what they actually want, match them to live listings, and reach back out at the right moment.

Estate agents shouldn't have to choose between volume and care. With the right intelligence layer, they get both.

We're a small team, backed by advisors with deep roots in the UK property market. Viewery is UK property technology with its ears to the ground.
